Additionally, we provide advanced logistics services through an integrated platform that offers real-time cargo tracking and access to all necessary global functionalities.

What is it like to work at SDS?

In 2023, I celebrate 11 years of service with this great company. I remember as if it were yesterday when I started at Samsung SDSLA, and I feel proud to be part of this team and to have contributed steadily up to this moment. I am part of the Technical Support team, where I have had the opportunity to grow professionally and achieve several personal dreams. Throughout my journey, I have always received the necessary support from managers, colleagues, and other departments. I plan to continue contributing to SDSLA for many years to come. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity, the lessons learned, and for working in an environment that values the well-being of its employees above all else.

On June 25, 2013, I received a call from Samsung SDS's HR department informing me that I had been chosen to join the team. I was so overjoyed that I even asked my grandfather to pinch me to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. Over the years, I have faced many challenges that have contributed to my professional growth. I started at Samsung in 2016 through a third-party contractor. In June 2018, we were hired by the much-dreamed-of SAMSUNG SDS. At first, we were very scared, but it turned out to be the best thing that ever happened! We all want to work for a company that pays well, offers benefits that extend to our families, has a career development plan, and helps us grow not only professionally but also mentally and physically. I started as a logistics assistant, moved on to a checker position, and today I am an administrative assistant, striving for the next step. The Work We Do

SDSLA – REGIONAL OFFICE

Samsung SDS began its operations in Brazil in 2004 as an IT provider and expanded to the logistics business in 2012. With over 400 direct employees, we serve as the Headquarters for all operations in Latin America.

Samsung SDS Logistics is the logistics services company of the Samsung Group, offering end-to-end logistics solutions for the Group and the broader market. In IT, we provide services such as:
Cloud: CSP, MSP, VDI, Data Center, Networking, and Information Security.
Application: ITO, ERP, IT Consulting, Digital Marketing, AI Brightics.
Solutions: EMS, Visual Brightics, Brity RPA, Brity Works, and AICC.

The role of SDSLA is to ensure supplies and innovations for the smooth operation and growth of our businesses across branches.

SDSLA – SÃO PAULO

SP Branch began operations in 2016, managing the largest SDS Latam warehouse, located in Cajamar/SP, São Paulo’s current logistics hub. We are the main logistics operator for Samsung Electronics in five regions: Garuva/SC, São Paulo/SP, Cajamar/SP, Jundiaí/SP, and Recife/PE.

We continue to grow with the implementation and management of new businesses in Jundiaí/SP, Viana/ES, and Barueri/SP. We develop end-to-end logistics for both B2B and D2C businesses. Our operations are a benchmark for Samsung’s business, and we strive for excellence by applying our logistics expertise alongside technological solutions for clients across various industries.

SDSLA – CAMPINAS

The Campinas branch was established in 2016, providing and managing transportation and logistics solutions focused on foreign trade.
SDS Campinas operates as a freight forwarder and offers customs clearance services, import and export transportation, as well as cargo tracking and coordination.
Currently, it is located inside the Samsung Electronics factory, our main client.

SDSLA – MANAUS

In 2012, we launched our logistics operations in Manaus (inside Samsung Electronics – SEDA) with new initiatives to grow as the leading IT company for the Samsung Group and to begin offering external services.

We operate a warehouse where we manage the logistics of finished SAMSUNG products delivered by Samsung Electronics via air, sea, and road transportation.

SDSLA – COLOMBIA

We have 10 years in Colombia! 

We started operations in 2015, with the challenge of being the strategic ally for Samsung Electronics in the assurance of its supply chain at national and international level. For more than 10 years we have been working on the development of reliable logistics processes with high quality standards, which has allowed us to expand our portfolio of clients in companies from different sectors of the economy. We have a network of offices around the world that support our services. We also have a great work team, with which we have managed to position ourselves and be recognized for our compliance, accuracy and deliveries “on – timer”).

SDSLA – CHILE

We began operations in 2015. Currently, we have a warehouse of almost 28,000 m², where we store and distribute products for Samsung Electronics, and a 5,000 m² warehouse that holds products for other major clients such as Tecnobuy and Hankook. We handle freight forwarding for important clients nationwide.

We are an inclusive company represented by more than 60 outstanding professionals of different genders, ages, and nationalities.

SAMSUNG SDS – MÉXICO CITY

At Samsung SDS, we currently work with major companies such as Pepsi, Honda, Toyota, Mitsui, and Samsung Electronics, as well as several Korean companies like Hanon and Dorco. Our headquarters is located in Mexico City, with strategically distributed branches in Bajío, Tijuana, Monterrey, and Estado de México, enabling us to efficiently meet our clients’ logistics needs across the country.

Thanks to our solid infrastructure and talented workforce composed of professionals of different ages, genders, and nationalities, SDS Mexico has established itself as a reliable strategic partner for companies in various sectors. Today, we continue to expand our capabilities, improve our processes, and adapt to market demands to maintain our leadership in the logistics sector.

SDSLA – PANAMA

Samsung SDS is a company specialized in integrated logistics and information technologies. Began its operations in Panama in 2014, counting on the support of more than 50 employees. Its administrative offices are located in the Business Park of Costa del Este, with 2 warehouses located in Panama Pacifico and Colon, both located in an important logistics hub in the Americas. Samsung SDS offers innovative solutions through its Cello platform and Cello Square digital service, adapted to the needs of local and international markets. Committed to promoting logistics development in Panama, integrating innovation and technology to provide efficient and safe services.
